For parts or not working. It looks like someone in the past has drilled out the combination locking mechanism. Someone added a pad lock style locking bar along the front to be able to lock it. The drawers open but the original combo and key that came when manufactured is disabled and we do not have any keys. The combination lock assembly is loose.
